How do I make a purchase?

Simply browse the site, click on the desired item, then click on the "Add to Cart" button. The item will be added to your cart, which you can access by clicking the bag icon (top-right on desktop, bottom of the app). When ready, click "Secure Checkout" and follow the prompts to complete your order.

Am I able to place an order via telephone?


Yes, this option is available in Qatar only for Cash on Delivery payments. Call us at 44438884 from 9:00 AM – 9:30 PM. You can also WhatsApp at +97466442335.

Can I change or amend the items in my order once it has been placed?

Currently, we do not offer this service. You’ll need to cancel the order and place a new one. We're working on adding this option soon.

Can I undo an order cancellation?

Please visit the Contact Us section and send us an email with your order number. Our team will get back to you within 2–3 business days.

How do I search for a specific item?

How will I know if an item is out-of-stock?

If an item is sold out, it won’t be added to your cart, and you’ll see a notification at the top of the page. In rare cases, an item may become out of stock during checkout—if so, a pop-up will appear.

An item I want is out of stock. When will it become available again?

Restocks depend on the brand's supply, so we cannot guarantee a timeline. Add the item to your wishlist and subscribe to our newsletters to stay updated.

Where does Top Performance ship to?

We offer worlwide shipping. if you do not see your country as an option during checkout , please contact us using the contact form.

Can I ship an order to multiple addresses?

No, we can only ship to one address per order.

When can I expect to receive my order?

Orders are shipped according to the expected release date listed on the product page.

Payments & Charges

Is there a cost for duties and tax?

No, we do not charge duties or customs tax.

I placed an order and the amount was deducted, but I did not receive a confirmation.

How will I know if Top Performance has received my order?

You’ll receive an initial e-mail confirming receipt of your order. For card/PayPal payments, the order is only confirmed after payment approval, address verification, and stock confirmation. For Cash on Delivery, we will call to confirm your address and phone number.
