Order Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note that during high-volume periods or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Origins and Methods
To offer you a diverse range of high-quality products, we fulfill orders using two primary methods:
1.Local Fulfillment (Qatar Warehouse): Certain products are stocked in and shipped directly from our warehouse located in Qatar. These items typically benefit from faster delivery times for local customers.
2.Direct Supplier Fulfillment (International Dropshipping): Other products are shipped directly from our trusted international suppliers. This allows us to provide a wider selection of items.
Because items may ship from different locations, your order may arrive in multiple packages on different days. You will receive tracking information for each package as it is dispatched.

We offer international shipping to select countries. Delivery times and costs vary significantly depending on the destination and the origin of the product (Qatar warehouse vs. international supplier).

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
When ordering from us, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. For customers in Qatar receiving goods from our international suppliers, please note that customs duties may apply depending on the value and type of the items imported. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number. You can use this number to check the status of your delivery. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available in the carrier's system.
If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will investigate the issue for you.
Lost or Damaged Packages
While we strive to ensure your order arrives safely, we are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with neighbors or your local post office before contacting our support team.
